Laurel Blair Salton Clark descends from William

William Blair came from Paisley, Scotland to America
ca. 1800 and settled on Scotch Mountain in Delaware Co, NY. He had a

Ebenezer married Clarissa Ann Jones (b. 1815 in NJ).
Their daughter, Hannah Morris Blair (b. 12 October 1850 at Delhi, NY, d.
24 January 1927 at Lincoln Park, NJ), married Aaron Brant Haviland , Sr

The above genealogical sketch was put
together by the BSGR Genealogist, Charlotte Blair Stewart, and the BSGR
Computer Committee Chairwoman, Morgan Blair Rajcevich. They used four primary
sources of reference to establish this Blair line. The first was from
the BSGR Genealogy database which contained information on the Blairs
from Delaware Co, NY. Then the connection to Haviland and Salton was
from The
Baldwin Family and Doig
Family Histories websites. The connection to
Dr. Clark was from NASA profiles. It is interesting to note that both
Dr. Clark's mother and grandfather carried Blair as their middle names.
Blair remains a Family to be proud of. I am sorry that we had to learn
of Dr. Clark so tragically. |
