  $23.00 - Canada/Mexico mailing addresses (includes add'l $5.00 for postage)
  $28.00 - Other Countries mailing addresses (includes add'l $10.00 for postage)

• Annual Contributing Membership dues - $30.00

• Life Membership - $250.00 (one-time payment, can arrange installments)

• Patron Membership - $500.00 (one-time payment, can arrange installments)
  Present Life members who wish to become Patron members need only pay an additional $250.00.
